Over the years we’ve done most jobs in the construction business. If we didn’t do it, we’d find you someone who could. Now, however, we’ve decided to focus on building homes. Our years of experience in all aspects of the construction business allow us to help our clients better as we navigate the home building process.

We have a team of professionals who are experts in their field. Our team of engineers, architects, and project managers have years of experience in the construction industry. We are a full-service construction company that can handle any size project. We have the latest technology and equipment to get the job done right.
Ethan Thompson
Owner/Business Development
Ethan first learned construction alongside his dad. In high school, he took that interest further through Habitat for Humanity, leading a crew framing walls as his senior project.
As an owner at Bear Homes, Ethan works in business development. When the team expanded from contracting into homebuilding and land development around 2019 and 2020, he was also a first-time homebuyer. That experience shaped his approach: starter homes deserved thoughtful kitchens and a better standard of finish, too. He helped make those details a priority in the team's early homes and continues to care about balancing quality with what buyers can afford.
Ethan has three boys, and family is a big part of his life. Outside of work, he enjoys camping and fishing.
