The Payette is one of the floor plans we build in Harvest Creek: three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a pocket office on one level in about 1,665 square feet, with a boat bay in the garage. Two recently finished Payettes, on Grand Harvest Avenue and Fallen Leaf Avenue, show how differently the same plan can turn out from one lot to the next.
New Plymouth is a quiet, close-knit town with the Payette River a short drive away for fishing and kayaking, and orchards and farms in between. Caldwell and Boise are close enough for dining and shopping without living in the middle of either.
If you already own land here, or you are looking at a lot in or around town, the same team that built Harvest Creek can build on it.

Start from a plan, or from a blank page
Most people start with one of these and change it. That is what they are for. Move a wall, take the bonus room, drop the formal dining, add the boat bay. Nothing here is a package you have to take whole.
If none of them fit, we draw something new. Design, permitting and construction all sit with the same in-house team, which is why a change halfway through does not turn into a fortnight of phone calls.
Plans run from about 1,315 to 3,769 square feet, single level and two story. Any of them can go on your lot in New Plymouth, or on a homesite at Harvest Creek.

- Both. We build on your lot anywhere in the Treasure Valley, and we develop our own communities. If you already own land, the same team that built Harvest Creek can build on it.
- Are your homes stick built?
- Yes. Every home is framed on site by our own team rather than delivered as modules or sections.
- Can I change one of your floor plans?
- Yes. Every floor plan we publish is a starting point rather than a fixed menu. Change what you need, or work with us on a full design-build from scratch.
- How much does a Bear Home cost?
- Homes start in the low $400s. The final number depends on the plan, the finishes and the lot, which is why the first conversation is about your budget rather than a price list.
- Can I see a finished Bear Home before deciding?
- We do not have a model home open to the public right now. You can walk our completed homes in photos, video and 3D, and if you are seriously considering building we will arrange for you to see one in person.
