We pride ourselves on our quality workmanship and customer service. We use only the highest quality materials on all of our projects. We are a fully licensed and insured company.

Bear Homes specializes in multi-family residential construction. If you're a real estate investor with ideas for money making properties, we have a team of experienced professionals who are ready to speak about your project. We are dedicated to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. We work closely with our real estate investment clients to ensure that their vision is realized.

How We Build
Stick built, on your site, by our own team
Every Bear Homes house is stick built on the lot it will stand on. The framing goes up on site, board by board, rather than arriving as modules on a truck or as panels assembled in a factory.
That matters for two reasons. It is how a plan stays changeable: moving a wall, raising a ceiling or adding a bay to the garage is a conversation rather than a redesign. And it is how a house gets built to the site it sits on, with our own project managers watching it happen.
We have been doing it this way in the Treasure Valley since 2002, across more than 500 projects, fully licensed and insured.
What It Costs
More home for your money, without cutting corners
Homes in our Harvest Creek community start in the low $400s. We leverage our buying power to deliver more home for less, and that never comes out of the craftsmanship, the finishes or the materials.
We would rather tell you a number early than at the end. Financing is the part most people find intimidating, so we connect you with preferred lenders, walk through your options and settle a realistic budget before anything is signed. Then we build to the budget we agreed on.
At Bear Homes we do not nickel and dime you with upgrade costs. The same high quality goes into every home we build.
