About This Plan
The Summit is our largest single-level-forward plan at roughly 2,376 square feet, with five bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a two or three car garage.
The Summit was Bear Homes' Parade of Homes debut at Harvest Creek: a plan built to show what we can do when a family needs room to grow.
The Summit is available in 4 elevations: modern, traditional, craftsman, and farmhouse. Whichever exterior elevation you choose you will be greeted by an excellent interior. At Bear Homes we do not nickel and dime you with upgrade costs, and we make the process simple by building the same high quality into each and every home we build.
The Summit is offered in Harvest Creek. See it finished at The Summit at Harvest Creek in New Plymouth. Curious how a build comes together? Here is what to expect.
