About This Plan
The Summit is our largest single-level-forward plan at roughly 2,376 square feet, with five bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a two or three car garage.
The Summit was Bear Homes' Parade of Homes debut at Harvest Creek: a plan built to show what we can do when a family needs room to grow.
The Summit is available in 4 elevations: modern, traditional, craftsman, and farmhouse. Whichever exterior elevation you choose you will be greeted by an excellent interior.
