What people say

“They take great care in what they do”

Great People! If you want a home built you definitely need to check them out! You can tell they take great care in what they do and are highly involved with the process. Highly recommend them over some huge builder that has tons of homes being built where you are just another number on a board!

“Super personal and not as “corporate” as so many other companies”

Bear homes are amazing to work with. Super personal and not as “corporate” as so many other companies in the area. Calls are always attended to quickly and communication is clear. The quality of their homes are incredible and they make them with families in mind. If you’re looking for a beautiful home that lasts with quality I would highly recommend.

“Attention to detail and craftsmanship that truly sets their homes apart”

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Bear Homes as a Realtor, and I can genuinely say they are an amazing builder to partner with. They are committed to high-quality construction, with attention to detail and craftsmanship that truly sets their homes apart. Every home they build includes thoughtful design, innovative features, and a strong emphasis on creating spaces that buyers love. It’s easy to work Bear Homes because I know I’m selling a product that delivers lasting value and satisfaction to my clients. Highly recommend!

“Unmatched in the real estate industry”

Bear Homes has been nothing short of amazing in the quality of homes they build in Idaho. As an agent in the Boise area, the quality of their homes coupled with their integrity and communication is unmatched in the real estate industry. I would definitely recommend a Bear Homes new construction home to any of my clients looking for a home in Southwest Idaho.
