The Timberline is our largest plan at roughly 3,769 square feet, with five bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a three car garage, and a daylight basement.
The daylight basement opens up a whole second level of living space: room for a media room, a home gym, guest quarters, or all three.
The Timberline is available in 4 elevations: modern, traditional, craftsman, and farmhouse. Whichever exterior elevation you choose you will be greeted by an excellent interior.
